Busy week!

Yesterday I went to a wedding with Bridget. She was photographing the wedding and needed an assistant. I had a lot of fun. She is so talented. I can't wait to see the photos she took! The wedding was at the Holiday Inn in Champaign. For the outdoor photos they went to some garden that is owned by the U of I. It was gorgeous there... so gorgeous. There were beautiful flowers and trees everywhere. The garden had nice walkways, benches, and places to relax. The food that they served at the Holiday Inn was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised.

Chad and I also went and visited Laura, Sean, and their newest addition last Wednesday. Kaelynn Adelle. She is absolutely adorable. I did forget my camera but I will be going back very soon to get some snapshots of the little one! The rest of this week is going to be crazy! I have a meeting with Jonnie tonight at 5:00. We are meeting Gio and Genny to watch the Bears/Eagles game at 7:00. Monday I have to finalize everything for this weekends wedding. Tues/Wed/Thursday I will be at SIU-C recruiting. Friday, will be any final items to complete for the wedding and the rehearsal that night. Saturday is the wedding. Whew... PLUS... my workload at SF is insane right now. I think it might slow down in 2010... after we implement. Sigh... :)

I haven't unloaded my most recent pictures from my camera yet but here are some more from the Kemp Family Reunion that I have been wanting to share. When we were headed out West, we stopped in the Badlands. The view is stunning.

We also went to the Devil's Tower.

My final note for the day... GO BEARS!!! (Don't tell Chad I said that because he is screaming for the Eagles tonight! haha)

Baby Girls...

Okay… I know. I am the worst blogger ever! I PROMISE TO BE BETTER! Do I have any readers left? Haha…

The important updates…
Nichole and Dwayne delivered a beautiful baby girl. Caroline Rayanne Davis.

Laura and Sean delivered a beautiful baby girl as well. Kaelynn Adelle Roethle. Check out Laura's blog for photos http://www.lroethle.blogspot.com/

Leann is in Italy on a yoga/bike tour! This trip sounds amazing and I really wish I was out there traveling with her. What a great opportunity. Leann, I am proud of you for taking this adventure! For those of you who want to read about her travels check out http://www.leannstravels.blogspot.com/

Other than that, vacation was good. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and especially the beach. We ate a lot of food and did some shopping. Unfotunately Julie arrived with a cold and Chad and I got it too. We are all feeling much better though.

Work is crazy right now. I have a big wedding coming up on the 4th. I will be gone next week recruiting at SIU-C. I can't seem to get caught up! I am putting working out and blogging at the top of my to do list though so I will be providing some more photos and updates in the next day or too! Don't give up on me yet. ;)

Trenches and sunsets

I can't wait until we are done digging trenches for our drainage tile! That is all I have to say for the night! haha

But since I am here... I will share a two photos of the sunsetting (or starting to set) from our trip out to Montana. :)
